December Daily 28

A little iPad time before heading out the door.

First stop- the furniture store where we bought our couches and a chair. We decided we have room for one more chair and an ottoman. (Not this furniture. This is the furniture on display near the computer where I put in the order.)

The days are long (especially if furniture shopping is involved), but the years are short.

Next stop- IKEA. We enjoyed the view of I-25 and the light rail trains while eating in the lunchroom.

We were going to go to the grocery store, but the troops were ready to return home. I hadn't gotten the mail in a couple of days, so the boys were excited to discovery we had received Christmas presents from Grandpa and Grandma.

Thank you! They really enjoyed playing with new matchbox cars and accessories.

The best part- doing the bubble wrap jig. The bubble wrap didn't stand a chance.

I finished knitting Eva's hat and had Aiden try it on to see how it looks. Just need to make and add a ponpom on top.

The evening view from the boys' room.

I hung up their new calendars. Broncos for Reid:

Fancy cars for Aiden:

The bubble wrap jig video- I would suggest turning down your volume first.
