Rest of November

Pictures are sorted... now time to try to catch up on the ol' blog. Pardon any repeat pictures from previous posts.

Monkeying around in the morning:

Rare time when both are playing with cars:

Pictures with Mom or Cookie Monster:

Aiden showing us some Cookie Monster moves:

My mom and I took the boys to Burger King for another try at a play place. They did well at going up, but once again I had to climb up to help them back down.
I even had the pleasure of climbing backwards up the slide to rescue Aiden:
My mom noticed that one of the signs suggested kids be at least four years old. Hmmm, maybe I should follow their advice.
Reid and his love of pushing the ding-dong continues:
Helping me organize and charge the batteries for some new graphing calculators at school:
On the Monday of Thanksgiving Break, we took the boys to visit a couple of preschool/daycares. We found one we really like and just enrolled the boys for next year. They wanted to play on the playground equipment when we were making our visits, so we promised they would get to play at our park on the way home:

My new Facebook profile picture:

We celebrated Thanksgiving on Tuesday, since Eric was flying on Thanksgiving Day itself. The boys helped me put away some of the groceries. Behind the curtain... why didn't I think of putting them there?
Reid trying on the oven mits:
Happy Thanksgiving from me, Eric, and my mom. The boys were saying "No pictures!!!" I guess they just wanted to eat:
Trying on Mom's sunglasses:

During Thanksgiving break I had high hopes of getting a ton of projects done. It didn't really pan out. Luckily, I was able to complete one with the highest priority... a teddy bear for Eva made out of one of my dad's shirts:

Raiding mom's necklaces and bracelets:
Joe Cool:
Bear in progress:
Wishing Daddy a Happy Thanksgiving!

Aiden lining up his cars:
Almost done. I didn't finish the eyes and nose until a few minutes before we opened presents on Christmas morning:
Helping Mom with laundry:

I told the boys I was making the bear for Eva, so they kept referring to it as "Eba's Bear." Reid volunteered to show off the bear for a picture.
Outside time while Daddy put up the Christmas lights:

Eric sent me this one when he took the boys to the park:
Straightening their hair:

Boo!

Aiden and I practicing our Power Ranger faces:

Trail of Lights:

Broke out the nice camera to take over to the Trail of Lights to meet Santa:

Just in time to catch a wrestling match:

Not the best pics this year. I had a terrible time with the lighting and the boys were less than happy about meeting Santa this year:

And... we're done! Santa included.
Yummy hot chocolate:

They really enjoyed running around and touching the lights:

Same bridge, three years ago when we were expecting the boys. The three of us did a good job of filling up that ski coat:
