Rounding Out the Weekend

We FaceTimed with David and Eva yesterday afternoon. He called my iPad instead of my iPhone, so it gave me the chance to upload some other gems that Reid had saved for me:

Eva showed us her push-around toy:
And how she gives her monkey a ride:
Uncle David made silly faces, which made Aiden giggle with delight:
Even Reid thought it was funny:

This morning, while waiting for me to come get them, the boys cheered each other on as they jumped from the foot rest:

Trying on my necklaces while I tried to get ready for Leah's party:
Leah's beautiful cake that went with the butterfly theme:
The boys stuck to carbs and then dashed outside to play with the other kids:
John, Jacob, Leah, and Jeani:
The birthday girl with Mommy and Daddy:
Not sure what to think of the candle and a little bit tired out, so Leah's head kept sliding to the side:
Meanwhile, outside in the backyard, time to throw the football and run around:
Yum!

Grandma Debi helping with a spoon for Leah:
A break from football to enjoy the much anticipated cake and ice cream:
Cheese!
Jacob posing for pictures with the grandparents:

Playing with the balloons. Towards the end, they kept letting go of their balloons. They were mildly concerned until I assured them Daddy would catch their balloons when he flew by in his airplane:
Aiden really did fall asleep on the way home, while Reid told me he was asleep too when I went to take a picture of Aiden:
