I set up camp in our bedroom on Saturday morning to try to get my portfolio done in time to mail this Saturday. Reid did a little detective work and discovered my undisclosed location. Yesterday I heard knocking on my door, "Mama? Mama? Mama?" This morning he managed to get the door open and walked right in. I'm not sure mamas are meant to set such big personal goals. Thanks for your support, Eric!

Monday- A fire is burning just over this hill. I took this when the boys and I went over to visit Grandma after supper. The winds aren't quite as bad as yesterday, so I hope they can contain it. Thankful we didn't have to evacuate. My dad has been back in the hospital since last Tuesday. He's having problems with atrial fibrillation and also had an infection. I just wish he could turn the corner and get better. We miss having him at home.
