Flat Stanley's Adventures - Day 1

Even though Flat Stanley just arrived in Colorado this afternoon, he had a very full day. Stanley really enjoyed watching the basketball game.

He met some of my students.


He met my friend Candace. A few years ago, I traveled with Candace and some of our students to Spain.

He's sure that his cheering helped Chatfield win the game. He was amazed at how tall those basketball players were.

After the game, Stanley enjoyed a piece of chocolate cake with a little vanilla ice cream on the side. Yummy!

Stanley decided to sleep in the room with the airplane pillows.
