Eric and I visited the Parade of Homes this afternoon. This year, it's located in Lakewood- only 15 minutes away from us. The houses had a Tuscan/European style. It was interesting to see features we both liked, versus features only one of us liked, versus the features that neither of us liked.

Yes, the houses were really expensive- around $2 million for about 7000-8000 square-feet. There were eight show homes. The other homes being built further down the hill looked to be smaller and the signs said they started in the $500,000-$600,000 range.
